- I keep track of type of Mother's Day promotion and response for marketing analysis purposes.
- I make a list of new and regular clients who responded to Mother's Day promotion.
- I send new clients from Mother's Day promotion my Welcome Kit.
- I obtain the names and addresses of 10 allied health practitioners from the phone book, HMO directories, etc. and send an introduction letter including an offer for a free treatment.
- We have promotional materials for booth printed.
- We tickle the list of people from the booth for 1 month to send a coupon with tracking code for 10% off on their first wellness treatment.
- We have equipment, charts, educational materials available at the booth in order to explain and demonstrate our skills.
- We prepare and send invitations to everyone on my mailing list, inviting them to stop by my booth
- We have forms to fill out and a container for a drawing for a free session.
- We notify winner of free session from drawing at booth.
