Invest the time<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> in exploring your values; they are the major unconscious influences in<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> the decisions you make throughout your life. Many conflicts in one's life, both<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> professional and personal, arise because there is a clash of values either within<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> oneself or among others.<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> </p><!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> <p>The following exercise helps clarify your core values. Take your time and<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> do not rush through it. Ask yourself the following questions and write your<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> responses. When you finish this exercise, we recommend you discuss it with<!-- [et_pb_line_break_holder] --> a friend or colleague.
